Crystals Surfaces

Crystal surfaces should be inspected upon receipt. After receipt, the company cannot assume any responsibility, as we are referring to a material that requires great care and is not accompanied by a warranty.

We should be aware that there have been recorded incidents where a crystal surface has broken without any apparent cause. This happens because the crystal has either received a thermal shock (contact with high temperature) or has received an impact at an unexpected time and the breakage occurred at a different time.
